Community Sound Bath on Monday, March 30th

Hello Reader!

I hope you are having a fabulous week! I wanted to let you know some of the details for the Community Sound Bath on Monday, March 30th.

  1. Don't worry if you have never done this before or don't know what it is. I will walk you through everything on Monday.

2. Bring a yoga mat or towel and wear comfortable clothing. You can also bring a small pillow if that will make you feel more comfortable. You will be lying down on the floor (you do have the option to sit in a chair if that is more comfortable).

3. Please arrive by 6:15 pm. The Oviedo Sheriff's Office does not have an open-door policy. The doors lock after every entrance. Once the Sound Bath has started, we will not be able to open the door. It's also distracting if someone enters after the sound bath has started.

4. The sound bath will last approximately 45 minutes.

*The event has sold out! If you were not able to get a ticket, don't worry, I will let you know when I have another one scheduled.

See you on Monday!

Warmly,

Deanna :-)

Good morning Reader! I cannot believe summer is gone and school has started (at least here in Central Florida). Talk about the dog days of summer, we have been hitting the high 90s with feel-like temperatures in the 110s! Be sure you are staying hydrated during the extreme heat.
